I seem to suffer with anxiety from time to time and would like to know your thoughts on how to deal with it? I have tried medication but feel like they don't work for me at times.
Yeah nature really helps me too. Just going for walks down the coast or the park usually helps ease my mind.sometimes I like to play some video games to distract myself a little or i would go on a long walk through nature, I think going to the park and seeing some nature helps me alot XD

I suffer from extreme anxiety. As for dealing with it, I have no idea. I tried 10+ years of "talk" therapy, and have taken medication for 20+ years. The talk stuff didn't help. My g/f really helps me stay calm. And as long as I don't leave the house, it is manageable....I’m sorry to hear this. There must a way to manage this other than therapy or meds. Have you looked at other possibilities?
