New sound, old song.

I'm considering getting an acoustic-electric bass. I hope to find peace in my hands and share beauty with the worlds heartbeat. Does anyone play an instrument? I like lead and rhythm guitar, bass, drums & backup vocals.

Ive picked up my first instrument about a year ago (well technically not my first instrument, I do have an sp404 I play with from time to time)
Which was an acoustic guitar. I know a couple of scales, basic chords, and made my own songs, but Im still a noob lol

Ive also picked up a boss katana 50 and an electric, guitar. havent spent any time on crunch setting since I dont know what the heck im doing, but its great to hear rhythm on electric with reverb and whatnot. Its a pretty fun journey so far

That's interesting. I am considering a new/used electric guitar and a decent amplifier. Perhaps a Peavey Classic 50 and a Fender Standard Stratocaster.

I wish I were musically inclined to actually play an instrument, so I could only really create soundscape-y noises when I did have a guitar. Are you a pedal person?
If you are talking to me, I love pedals and after my beaten car gets fixed more I'd like a new strat, combo tube amp, and a pedal board with individual effects. I will pay more now because I can tune up and turn up now.
