okay so

- change of site aesthetic (or at least allowing users to choose diff skins)
- permaban all marketing spam by originating ip range
- option for guest posting (but restricted to 1st post by admin approval)
- default setting for new members is notifs enabled
- update emotes with classic vf emote pack (i can happily email this btw)
